Virtually all PC and workstations from these manufacturers are made abroad, in EU countries and South-East Asia, with the only exception of the systems manufactured in the Ukrainian factory of HP ALC. These PC are manufactured in strict compliance with all HP requirements, which guarantees the complete compatibility with all components and auxiliary equipment for one or another computer. A HP personal computer manufactured in Ukraine does not differ at all from a similar computer manufactured in a HP factory in any other country.
The A-brand PC and workstations guarantee 100 per cent compatibility with operating systems and auxiliary SW from third parties that are qualified for one or another PC platform. This is fully applicable to the HP PC assembled in Ukraine. Today consumers can choose between the OS from Microsoft and OS Linux. In addition, the customers who have corporate licenses from Microsoft can obtain configurations with Free-DOS.
