At present more and more documents in office are printed in colors. A document printed in colors attracts attention and is more convincing, and information presented in colors is better memorized. We recommend using for office color printing of standard high quality only original consumables. It is also necessary for equipment operation without possible idling.
When choosing an ink jet of laser color printing device, people, as a rule, prefer the equipment with inexpensive original consumables.

Color printing is performed with pigment ink DuraBrite Ultra, the structure of which differs from that of water soluble ink. The quality and permanence of prints are similar to laser printing.
Model Epson B500DN contains a module for automatic printing of two-sided documents and network interface. We recommend using cartridges of increased capacity: black cartridge for 8 000 A4 pages at 5% coverage and color cartridges for 7 000 А4 pages at 5% coverage. The cost of inkjet color printing on printer Epson B500DN is considerably lower than that for laser color printers of this price category. The cost of black-and-white printing on Epson B500DN is comparable with the cost of printing on monochrome laser printers even in cases when the laser printers use non-original consumables.
Among laser printing devices of size A4 for usage in office we recommend printer OKI C5950DN (with the volume of color printing up to 5000 A4 pages per month), printer Gestetner SPC420DN (with the volume of color printing up to 10 000 A4 pages per month). Both models have a module for automatic printing of two-sided documents and network interface.
In these models the toner and photodrum are separate consumables, which makes it possible to obtain lower cost of color printing. Besides, we recommend model Gestetner SPC420DN, which uses an inexpensive original black cartridge, for printing black-and-white documents.
