The user contacts our Call Center. Our specialists check service requests and provide the first line of support to users. If the problem cannot be resolved within the first line of support, the request is forwarded to a remote system administrator who helps resolve the issue by remotely connecting to the user's computer. If necessary, the request is forwarded to our service engineer for departure to the installation site.
All user requests are registered in our Service Desk system, and the customer receives a report for the required period on all requests, recovery time and other necessary information.
Our ServiceDesk can be integrated via API with any Service Desk of our customers. We offer the services of the first line of support - a call-center that processes service requests and monitors them until complete fulfillment.
