VERNA has completed a project for the supply of equipment and installation of video surveillance systems in 104 branches of the DILA medical laboratory network.
Objective of the project— construction of surveillance video surveillance in all branches of the DILA network with a single monitoring and management center in the head office of the company. The customer of the project is the security service of DILA company.
VERNA specialists performed work on equipping video surveillance systems in the offices of Kyiv, Odessa, Lviv, Rivne, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Uzhgorod, Chernivtsi, Kropyvnytskyi, Chernihiv, Nikolaev, Kryvyi Rih, Obukhov and Cherkassy.
On the initiative of the customer, Hikvision equipment was selected, with which VERNA has extensive installation experience throughout Ukraine.
We developed a single technical standard solution, according to which we carried out the installation and configuration of systems in all diagnostic centers.
Depending on the area of each branch, we calculated the required number of ip-video cameras. In each department, cameras of three types were installed:
- Hikvision DS-2CD2021G1-I external camera, controlling the entrance to the branch, facade, windows, adjacent territory;
- Hikvision DS-2CD1121-I internal cameras monitoring the main hall and customer waiting areas in doctors' offices and collecting materials for tests;
- Hikvision DS-2CD2443G0-I indoor cameras and PTZ cameras with 4x optical zoom and Hikvision DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 variofocal lens controlling cash desks and customer service areas.
Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2/8P 8-channel network 4K DVRs with built-in ROE switch were selected as a local recording and storage device, which do not require an additional device to power ip cameras according to the ROE standard.
To store video information, Western Digital 2TB hard drives were used, allowing you to store information in one compartment for at least 30 days.
The video surveillance system is connected to an uninterruptible power supply with a built-in battery for the possibility of smoothing surges and drops in voltage 220V, as well as prolonging video recording when the 220V power supply is turned off for 30 minutes.
The monitoring center is a client's office with the deployed Hikvision IVMS 4200 software, where all 80 local DVRs with the display of information on the video monitor have been added.
All installation and commissioning works were completed on time according to the customer's schedule. 104 branches are equipped with video surveillance and put into operation in 3 incomplete months.
Now VERNA continues to equip new offices of DILA, which are opening, with video surveillance systems throughout Ukraine. We participate in the implementation of a new WiFi and SCS project for all branches and perform customer service tasks.
