At the request of our customer Traygon Farming, we have developed a video surveillance system for mobile agro transport.
Very often, agricultural companies are faced with the unintended use of machinery — combines, tractors, sprayers, grain carriers.
The problem has become especially relevant with the rise in price of fuel and lubricants and spare parts.
The system we have developed consists of one or more chambers fixed on the vehicle and controlling important areas — the harvester and the unloading of grain in the combine, the chemical tank in the sprayer, the body and the fuel tank in the grain truck.
The video archive is recorded locally on the recorder installed on the equipment, and if there is a mobile Internet, it is immediately synchronized to the central server. In the absence of the Internet, the archive will accumulate and automatically upload to the central server as soon as possible.
Thus, even with a prolonged stay of the equipment in the field without communication, not a single fragment of the video archive will be lost.
With the help of professional video surveillance software, it was possible to combine into a single system dozens of servers and hundreds of cameras installed on agricultural machinery to ensure “smart” synchronization of the video archive and the cloud.
