The branch network of SEB Bank has about 100 branches throughout Ukraine. SEB Bank offers a European service model to individuals and legal entities in Ukraine, as well as to international clients. At the same time, the management pays considerable attention to the quality of service. This requires a reliable platform to provide IT services to both customers and bank employees.
Focusing on the best practices of European financial institutions, SEB Bank is building an infrastructure that ensures the efficient and uninterrupted management of the institution. During the reconstruction of the office infrastructure in the city. In Kharkiv, the bank management decided to create a data center that meets the requirements for the continuity of business processes and the IT system that provides them.

VERNA has completed the project to create a turnkey data center of SEB Bank as a general contractor, from the assignment to its full implementation.
The data center was designed in accordance with the customer's specification, NBU requirements and industry standards. Delivery, installation and configuration of equipment has been carried out. The installed equipment is put into operation and certified. During the implementation of the project, the engineering infrastructure of the data center was built.
The absence of dependence on external factors is achieved by creating the following systems:
• Guaranteed power supply system consisting of APC Symmetra 40kW UPS with an additional battery unit, SDMO diesel generator with a capacity of 70 kW, AVR, GRD, VRDL and autonomous protective grounding circuit;
• Cooling, air conditioning and ventilation system;
• R&M-based SCS with a single switching center;
• System of protection and restriction of access to the premises of the data center;
• The system of screen adaptation of the room;
• Gas fire extinguishing and fire alarm system;
• System for monitoring and managing equipment and software.
The built data center of VTB Bank is provided with round-the-clock technical support of the VERNA service center.
The project was completed during the reconstruction of the SEB Bank office building in the city. Kharkov. Before the start of the project, the infrastructure of the building was missing. The data center serves the operation of a 300-port SCS and a guaranteed power network for 900 consumers.
The data center consists of three rooms: a screened server room, a switching room, and a guaranteed power room. Access to the premises is delimited for different categories of service personnel. The data center serves the head office of the bank and its branch network in the Kharkiv region.
