At the enterprise of our customer, there was a need to expand fiber optic, Wi-Fi, SCS networks, which were designed and installed by VERNA specialists when launching the oil extraction plant in Bandurka village in 2011.
• connect to the main optical network of the enterprise two new nodes - thermal power plant and power substation TP 35kV
• connect multimode fiber optic cable, SystemBus and TerminalBus units of thermal power plant to industrial optical network of ASTP enterprise
• create new and reorganize old fiber optic connections in 5 switching centers
• organize switching centers in the nodes of the transformer substation and CHP
• expand existing IP telephony
• lay shielded SCM for workplaces, WI-FI network, IP-telephony.
• install in the switching centers installation cabinets for the main VOLZ and the UPS network
• install active switching equipment for the main VOLZ and industrial switches for the VOLZ control system
• integrate the new SCM into the existing local area network
VERNA engineers conducted an examination of the project, proposed to optimize the optical path, prepared a complete specification of the active network equipment, selected the necessary optical components: boxes, modules, cassettes, pigtails for the AC TP network and integration with existing components using AMP technology LIHGTcrimp Plus.
For use in the project, metal perforated trays DKS 50x100x3000 1.5mm thick with mounting to overpasses and beams were proposed and cable tracks for laying were changed.
The project used only shielded SCM elements: cables, patch panels, socket modules, patch cords. VERNA engineers proposed to replace the PVC cable type with a low-smoke and non-flammable LSFROH for joint laying in corrugated and rigid pipes. We switched active network equipment, workplaces, SCM, IP phones and Wi-Fi points, tested the optical ports of the VOLZ and copper ports of the SCM system with a reflectometer, a network scanner, and marked the elements of the cable network.
Before the implementation of the project, VERNA specialists conducted additional training of installation teams on labor protection of NPAOP 0.00-15.07, believed in power tools, installation equipment, personal protective equipment.
Supply of equipment, installation and commissioning works were carried out on time in compliance with the requirements of safety, fire safety and sanitary standards.
