Active development of regions by the Bank of Ukraine required the establishment of a branch network and basic IT infrastructure of FUIB in accordance with the requirements of reliability, manageability and security.

The project to create the basic IT infrastructure of FUIB was implemented by VERNA for three years. Work on the creation of the branch network was carried out in the following cities: Artemivsk, Berdyansk, Dniprodzerzhynsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Yenakiieve, Zaporizhia, Illichivsk, Kerch, Kiev, Kirovograd, Kramatorsk, Kremenchuk, Kryvyi Rih, Luhansk Makeyevka, Mariupol, Melitopol, Nikolaev, Odessa, Poltava, Sverdlovsk, Sevastopol, Severodonetsk, Simferopol, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Energodar, Yalta.
For 85 regional divisions of the bank in 30 cities, SCS for 4800 ports were installed, and more than 200 km of cable were used for installation. All FUIB branches and branches are equipped with office, telecommunication and computer equipment. SCS meet the requirements of category 5e and are made on screened components manufactured by R&M. SCS is certified and backed by a manufacturer's warranty for 25 years.
Deployment of SCS did not reflect on the bank's business processes and the quality of services. In the conditions of continuous operation of the branch front offices of FUIB, server and switching sites were redeployed. Installation and connection of office equipment and ATMs were carried out at night, agreed with the bank.
When creating workplaces, special requirements for workplace ergonomics and interior design were taken into account. Functional work areas have been created in modern premises, including the format “open space”. When laying networks, solutions for cable systems with zone architecture are used. In FUIB offices with an open layout, service mini-columns manufactured by Cimabox and mounting racks for connecting equipment are used. The chosen topology of the “star” system with a single switching center provided the most convenient maintenance of the system.
• Work on the project was carried out in a timely manner according to the agreed schedule. This made it possible to implement a plan for the commissioning of new branches of the bank. During the installation of networks, installation and start-up of equipment, all units of FUIB worked in regular mode.
• The IT infrastructure of FUIB's retail network is built taking into account the need to reduce the cost of its maintenance and management.
• Open space office solutions allow you to flexibly and cost-effectively change the configuration of premises and workplaces.
