Design a virtualization farm for the development and testing of GlobalLogic Ukraine software products.
VERNA participated in the design of the solution architecture and the supply of equipment for the creation of the virtualization farm at GlobalLogic. In the process of implementing the task, VERNA specialists proposed the Cisco UCS system.
The Cisco UCS Integrated System, which brings together the best platforms, provides products and technologies to solve all virtualization tasks. The Cisco UCS-based solution provides the customer with cost savings by significantly reducing the number of devices that need to be purchased, connected and configured, as well as ensuring their power supply, cooling and security.
Instead of using multiple adapters, switches, and controls, this system uses convergent network adapters (CNAs) and a unified switching structure to integrate and simplify IT infrastructure. In addition, Cisco UCS provides a flexible and reliable infrastructure that meets the customer's current and future business requirements.
As a result of the project, the customer received a convergent, fault-tolerant, high-performance infrastructure that allows optimizing IT operations and creating a modern technological base for implementing initiatives such as private cloud and big data processing.
