VERNA has equipped Promodo offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv and Promodo Hub conference rooms with biometric access control system with facial recognition, video surveillance and Wi-Fi networks.
Conference halls and classes Promodo Hub, which host various events — business trainings, concerts, conferences, seminars, workshops and Promodo office, lounge area, photo studio, hall occupy three floors and have a common entrance.
When building the access control system, we divided the entire territory into zones with different levels of access to the office part of the company, guest areas, conference rooms and classrooms.
In order to limit the access of guests of Promodo Hub events to the office area, contactless access control terminals with facial recognition are installed at the entrance to the office areas. Photos of all employees are included in the general database. The system works in all Promodo offices and allows employees who come on business trips to Kiev, Kharkov or Lviv to move freely in any of the offices.
Public areas are accessible to visitors of Promodo Hub using guest magnetic cards.
A video intercom is installed at the reception, which can remotely open and close the door and has the ability to control from a smartphone.
The project to equip the new Promodo office with access control system, which opens, began in the fall of 2020. In September 2021, three offices and conference rooms of the company are already equipped with similar systems.
The installed VERNA video surveillance system consists of a reliable 32 channel recorder and 4Mp cameras and allows you to watch online videos and recordings from the archive around the clock.
In addition to the access control system, VERNA has equipped Promodo offices with Wi-Fi networks and video surveillance systems.
