In order to prevent cases of industrial injuries, the customer set the task to implement an automated breath-testing system and increase the speed and efficiency of access control of employees of the enterprise.
Within the framework of the project, VERNA installed 3 turnstiles, 6 alcohol testers “Alkofor” in dust-proof and moisture-proof enclosures on one of the customer's passes at the entrance and exit, and successfully implemented a solution for integrating breathalyzers into the existing access control system “Golden Gate” ta”.
• The alcohol testing procedure has become automated and is guided by the logic of the software complex of the access control and control system, which completely eliminates the influence of the human factor.
• Statistics of admissions, access denials and recorded facts of alcohol intoxication of employees are kept for further analysis.
• Optimized transit time through the checkpoint. The breath-testing of the customer's employees and the control by the control and access control system are carried out in a coordinated and almost simultaneous manner.
