IT infrastructure of 700 branches and credit points

Since November 2012, VERNA provides services for 382 branches and 282 consumer credit points in all regions of Ukraine.

One of the goals of the project was to combine automated access management systems for users of Service Desk HP OpenView and Microsoft SCSM Ukrsibbank and VERNA.

Within the framework of the project we provide services:

• outsourcing of technical support of IT infrastructure of workplaces of employees of branches, consumer lending points, bank offices: SCS, telecommunication and IT equipment, equipment of user workplaces, office equipment.

• outsourcing of printing of consumer credit points, which includes a full range of printing services, including the provision of own printing equipment to the workplace of the credit point. In this case, the cost of services is included in the cost of the print.

• automatic exchange of electronic messages with information about appeals and their execution between automated application management systems of Ukrsibbank and Vern, which made it possible to optimize the process of registration of applications and control their execution on time.

Results and benefits of project implementation

The implementation of the project allowed Ukrsibbank to make changes in the organizational structure of IT support, dictated by modern market requirements. The project is almost 12 years old and throughout the entire implementation period, services are provided with a high level of service - more than 95%.

In the Bank, the project was recognized as successful.

For VERNA, it remains the most significant in the portfolio.

“Since 2012, VERNA has been outsourcing services for branch service and consumer lending (SCS, telecommunication and IT equipment, peripheral equipment, including ATMs and POS-terminals) in all regions of Ukraine and 4 head offices in Kyiv.

The quality and evaluation of the services provided are determined on a monthly basis based on reports.

The level of service provided by VERNA is above “normal” and is more than 99%”.
