• Providing remote support to existing infrastructure built by VERNA in 2008, with setup and consultation on Cisco 6509 switches, BGP routers, WAN routers, ASA5520.
• Bringing in qualified specialists in the absence of full-time employees. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification is required.
Support includes
• Advising the customer's technical specialists;
• Remotely making changes to the system configuration based on requests from the customer;
• Assistance in working with service cases, support during service replacement of equipment via SmartNet;
• Setting up new equipment;
•Complete restoration of network services.
