To carry out a complex of works to improve the productivity, reliability and security of the Bank's IT infrastructure.
In connection with the active expansion of the Bank's branch network throughout Ukraine, the customer was given the task of building a modular multi-service network with the organization of failure resistance of each module of the network.
Within the project, the VERNA engineering group carried out the following complex of works:
• audit of the network infrastructure of the local and corporate network of the Bank;
• development of network topology;
• selection of current network technologies and solutions;
• Ensuring the sustainable operation of IT services in conditions of increasing load;
• ensuring continuity of core business processes during the implementation of IT solutions in all divisions of the Bank;
• it is possible to scale all elements of the IT infrastructure in connection with the further development of the IT infrastructure of the central, reserve sites, as well as the branch network of the Bank.
As a result of the modernization of the Bank's multi-service network, the bandwidth for the customer's business-critical applications increased, the failure resistance of server sites increased, which allowed to unite 58 territorially distributed branches of the bank and provide employees with convenient, reliable and secure access to IT services.
As part of the project, it was provided for the possibility of scaling all elements of the IT infrastructure, which allows at the start of the project to reduce the volume of investments, optimize costs during the further development of the bank's IT infrastructure, ensure the sustainability of IT services and the continuity of banking services.
VERNA currently provides post-project technical support and provides consulting services on further development of the Bank's IT infrastructure.
PJSC “Bank Mikhailovsky” has been conducting banking activities in Ukraine since 2013. The regional network of representative offices of the Bank has 58 branches, 54 mini-offices and more than 2,700 points of sale throughout Ukraine.
