The goal of the project was to build a modern and functional video surveillance system to ensure control and monitoring of retail floor operations.
* Modernize the existing analog video surveillance system with a phased transition to IP
* Organize oversight of compliance with safety regulations in accordance with current quality standards
* Ensure compliance with corporate customer service standards
* Facilitate the protection of merchandise on store shelves
* Count visitors for marketing and other purposes
VERNA completed the full range of design, installation, and commissioning work for the IP video surveillance system across 7 stores. Our specialists developed demonstration stands to fully simulate and test the system's operation.
As a result, an IP video surveillance system was created using 30 Hikvision surveillance cameras, which, in addition to basic video collection and transmission functions, allows for store visitor counting.
The IP video surveillance system project for the BROCARD store chain received an award in the "Best Project for Integration of Video Surveillance and Video Analytics Systems 2016" category at the XII "Structured Cabling Systems, Access Control and Management Systems, and Video Surveillance" conference.
