The project carried out by VERNA for Optima Farms was related to the creation of a structured cable system, video surveillance and access control systems in warehouses and office premises. We carried out the design, supply of equipment and materials, installation, testing of systems.
Creation of a security system at the regional pharmacy warehouse: access control and video surveillance to ensure the control of the movement of employees in warehouses and around the territory without the possibility of unauthorized penetration. The customer needed video control of the conveyor, which, according to a special program, moves the boxes to their destinations, and control of warehouse employees who collect orders for pharmacies. The customer paid special attention to the counteract of storing expensive medicines in refrigerators in the warehouse.

The video surveillance system should cover the maximum possible area, the cameras should be optimally located.
Structured cable system (SCS) must comply with international standards EN50173, ISO11801, TIA/EIA568B for cable systems.
The materials used must be of the world's leading manufacturing firms, certified by manufacturers of all components for sharing, have quality certificates, and meet a number of requirements, including the versatility of the physical environment to transmit different types of information.
To be compatible with modern broadband data transmission technologies. To be able to make changes and increase capacities, as well as to allow the simultaneous use of different data transmission protocols.
The number of network CCTV cameras included in the system was 120 cameras in warehouses. In addition, the project required proper installation of the angle and viewing area of the cameras, as well as providing a supply of cable in the enclosures of wireless access points and CCTV cameras.
To provide physical protection of the tracks from damage, we used pipes, corrugated pipes, trays and boxes. In particularly dangerous areas, the cable was laid over a suspended ceiling, behind plasterboard walls and/or in cable channels. The entire cable was marked.
We executed the entire system taking into account the possibility of development and expansion without changing the already created part.
As a result of the project, Optima Farms received a reliable, convenient and scalable video surveillance and access control system, which allows you to effectively control its territory and warehouses, ensuring the safety of personnel and the safety of property.
Video surveillance was implemented at the enterprise, where the conveyor operates, which, according to the program, moves the collection boxes to various necessary places. Warehouse employees collect orders for pharmacies in boxes, they have scanners fixed on their hands that read bar codes.
Also, video surveillance was introduced in the zone with minimum temperatures, where the most expensive medicines are stored.
