The customer needed to ensure the continuous operation of the entire IT system serving the branch network, taking into account the 3-5 year development prospect. Due to the significant territorial distribution of the chain of stores, the issue of reducing the total cost of ownership, minimizing the cost of service and the cost of IT personnel was relevant.

To fulfill the tasks of the project in accordance with the requirements of the customer, the following were prepared:

• Schedule of supply and installation of equipment.
• Plan for migration of applications and data to new equipment.
VERNA has installed new and upgraded existing server equipment. GARANT SC733 and HP DL380G5 servers with built-in HP iLO remote monitoring and management tools were used.
In addition to the main works, the IT infrastructure of retail outlets was modernized as part of the project. All specialized stores received new servers, workstations, UPS, office equipment. Thanks to the use of the HP iLO hardware and software complex, the IT administrator in the customer's central office was able to remotely monitor the state of regional servers and manage their work.
