Intertop
Since 2018, VERNA has been providing comprehensive technical support to the IT infrastructure of Intertop stores, the most famous chain of stores in Ukraine, throughout Ukraine. During this time, support covered 131 stores of the Intertop network. Cooperation with the Intertop network is one of the keys to VERNA, and we are pleased to share the achievements and results of our work.
VERNA provides a wide range of information services for Intertop stores, including service of computer and office equipment, as well as software. The project covers the following main areas:
• First line of technical support for users
• Remote technical support
• Workstation and user support
• Support for network equipment
• Software maintenance
• Installation and dismantling of equipment when opening new stores or closing old ones
As part of this project, VERNA supplies and maintains equipment for video surveillance systems (SVN), including cameras and recorders, video management software - Video Management System Luxriot.
The project has been implemented since August 2018 and continues to the present. Thanks to the cooperation with VERNA, the Intertop network was able to receive timely maintenance and confidence in solving any problems with the equipment. To open new retail facilities in a timely manner in accordance with development plans and promptly carry out equipment replacement and modernization of retail outlets.
VERNA provides technical support for Intertop stores throughout Ukraine. Support covers 131 facilities and approximately 390 jobs, including cash register equipment (PROs, POS terminals), video cameras, Wi-Fi access points and other IT infrastructure components. The company provides services of both field engineers and remote user support, as well as outstaff services in the customer's office. The total number of requests for technical support in the last year is 4115 requests, only in the last month we fulfilled 264 customer requests.
The level of service (SLA) is one of the most important indicators of the quality of our work. In cooperation with Intertop, VERNA achieves SLA level of at least 96%, which means successful resolution of most requests within the established deadlines. This shows our commitment to prompt and effective support, regardless of the complexity of the tasks. About 30 highly qualified VERNA specialists are engaged to service the network of Intertop stores. Our team provides quick response to any technical requests, guaranteeing the smooth operation of the client's IT infrastructure throughout Ukraine.
In 2021, we started a project to implement an intelligent video surveillance system. The project covered the design, supply and installation of video analytics systems that included servers for data processing, surveillance cameras and specialized software. Our specialists also support and administer the functioning video analytics systems. In addition, we organized training of Intertop staff on the level of use of video surveillance.
We implemented a system of neural counting of visitors, and carried out pilot projects on various video analytics systems: queue control, cash control and tested the latest system for building heat maps.
To effectively manage the implemented video surveillance and video analytics systems, VERNA has installed and configured a video management system (VMS) manufactured by Luxriot.
This system provides reliable control and analysis of video data, which allows Intertop to improve operational processes and ensure high quality customer service. Thanks to our support, Intertop specialists can effectively use all the capabilities of modern video surveillance and analytics technologies.
VERNA was selected as the supplier for the implementation of a comprehensive project to build and maintain the IT infrastructure of Intertop stores in August 2018. The selection criteria were confirmed experience, territorial representation, market value of services and the possibility of comprehensive implementation of tasks.
