Objective of the project

In December 2014, Ukrainian Retail LLC announced a tender for the provision of technical support services and the opening of new stores throughout Ukraine.

When choosing a partner, attention was paid to the following criteria:

• Confirmed successful experience in similar projects;

• territorial presence throughout Ukraine;

• market value of services;

• transfer of the customer's IT specialists to the staff of the service provider.

According to the results of the tender, VERNA was declared the winner, which met the customer's requirements as much as possible.

The Solution

‍
Within the scope of the project, VERNA provides the following services:

1. The first line of support for user systems in 14/7 mode.

For the first line of support for users of the Lingonberry chain of stores, the CALL-center VERNA was created and launched into operation, as well as regional warehouses were organized to store the reserve stock of equipment, which allowed:

• improve the quality of user service;

• improve process control and manageability;

• reduce the time of answering calls and registering incidents in the technical support service;

• increase the efficiency of the first support line;

• provide prompt replacement of faulty critical equipment.

2. Local maintenance of equipment in stores:

• fiscal registrars;

• self-service trading scales, receipt printers;

• terminals, scanners;

• jobs;

• server equipment;

• network equipment;

• support software “Market+”, “Astor”, “1C”.

3. The IT specialists of the company provide maintenance of night inventories of stores.

Results and benefits of project implementation

The implementation of the project allowed the company “Ukrainian Retail” to:

• Manage company finances more efficiently by transferring IT infrastructure costs from capital to operational;

• be sure that the customer's problem with any type of equipment, regardless of the level of complexity, will be successfully solved in the shortest possible time thanks to the availability of spare components and equipment in VERNA warehouses.

LLC “Ukrainskiy Retail”develops SCM retail business under the brand “Brusnychka” in the territory of the eastern and central regions of Ukraine.
As of 2015, the Brusnychka retail network has 101 outlets in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Poltava regions.
