Objectives of the project


Provision of services to support the existing corporate telephony system based on Legacy telephony.

The Solution


According to the results of the tender, VERNA signed an agreement to support corporate telephony based on Legacy in more than 400 territorially distributed bank branches throughout Ukraine.

The project includes technical support of the existing corporate telephony system, maintenance of PBX from various manufacturers: Avaya, Panasonic, Siemens, LG, LECOM.

As part of the project, engineers performed the following works:


• Management, Routing and Numbering

• Setting up existing automatic telephone stations (PBX) based on equipment from different manufacturers

• Control of switching equipment connections

• Troubleshooting network equipment

• Installing and configuring new equipment

• Network equipment configuration

• Administration of network equipment

• Functional testing of network and network equipment

• PBX software update

A whole team of VERNA employees, who have extensive experience in PBX service, is working on the implementation of the project.

Results and benefits of project implementation


• Reducing the cost of maintaining and maintaining corporate telephony.

• The branch network of the bank is serviced according to the incident service scheme and according to the catalog.

• Technical support of infrastructure and network services is provided in 8/5 mode.

• Performance of work in accordance with SLA (Service Level Agreement).

• Strict confidentiality regimes are complied with.
