Objectives of the project


VERNA has experience of working with the Customer to create a server infrastructure that includes servers and IBM data storage device. Previously, the Customer's ERP system was deployed on the built hardware complex. The application serves the central distribution warehouse and other regional warehouses, branches and representative offices in all regional centers of Ukraine.
The customer needs to ensure the continuity of all accounting and management operations during the operation of the IT system. VERNA was selected as the contractor for service and technical support.

• Round-the-clock service and technical support of IT infrastructure.

Description of the solution


• In case of unsatisfactory operation of the hardware complex, the Customer's IT service reports the incident to Service Desk VERNA. The nature of the malfunction is determined from the VERNA service center in remote mode. A service engineer arrives at the Customer's site at the appointed time and restores the operability of the equipment.

• VERNA service engineers provide remote consulting assistance to the Customer's IT service.

• Regional engineers and VERNA partners serve applications at all Customer's unit locations.

Features of the solution


• In addition to the standard manufacturer's warranty conditions, VERNA provides extended equipment service support.

• Customer's requests are accepted for execution around the clock.

• The operability of the equipment is restored by replacing defective components from the replacement fund.

• Recovery time — 24 hours.

Results and benefits of project implementation


The customer operates a management IT system with a high level of continuity and readiness for recovery in the event of malfunctions.

Customer feedback

VERNA provides service and technical support for server equipment. The work is carried out in accordance with the outsourcing contract. In addition to the standard warranty conditions from the manufacturer, VERNA provides extended service support of the IT system. The use of extended service support reduces repair time and significantly reduces the risks of downtime of the IT system and workplaces.
The VERNA service team organized the relocation of the office IT infrastructure from 40 jobs in one day. VERNA fulfills contractual obligations in a qualified and responsible manner. We value our cooperation positively.
